Refund Policy

Quick HR Management Pvt. Ltd. follows the Government of Nepal’s approved fee structure for service charges and processing fees. A refund will only be issued in the following cases:

  • Job Cancellation by employer before departure

  • Medical Failure (if validated by an authorized medical center)

No refund will be issued if:

  • The candidate provides fake documents

  • The candidate voluntarily withdraws after visa issuance

  • The candidate fails orientation, training, or medical tests due to negligence

  • The candidate violates recruitment guidelines

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30–45 working days.
